Self-taught at 17, I began the real work of the vineyard and the cellar, for more than twenty years, as an employee in different wineries in Arbois; which allowed me to acquire a real knowledge, both on the terroir and on the vinification of the different grape varieties .
Today, with the help of my wife Eloïse, we produce and select grapes from the most beautiful Jura terroirs to produce our own vintages.
Fruit of the plant and of the work of « Human », these grapes are mainly from the vineyard that we grow, as healthily as possible, in AOC Arbois and Côtes du Jura
Concerned about the quality and in total respect of the products, our cuvées are fermented only with indigenous yeasts, they are not glued, are very little filtered and vinified with a minimum of sulphur.
